Terms of Agreement for shipping bicycles. We take extra extra care in packing our bikes for shipment.Please allow extra shipping time because we spend a lot of time packing the bike for shipment. We want you to receive our bicycles in the same condition it left our shop in.RCB cares about our bicycles and customers after the bike has shipped.Bicycles get shipped insured.When bike is delivered please note any damages to outside of box.Damages on outside of box may mean damage on the inside from shipping. Save the shipping box and all wrapping if there is damage to the box, FedEx will need to inspect all of this. We wrap every square inch of the bike with wrapping .Please remove parts carefully from box.The bikes are partially disassembled for shipping.If you don't feel comfortable reassembling the bike,please take it to a bike shop to insure safety.RCB-C.A Registry LLC is not held liable for injuries associated with improper reassembly of shipped bicycles. All bicycle sales are final unless prearranged at purchase.We cant take the chance of a bicycle returning to our location with scratches on the bike because a customer did not repack the bike properly.Thanks for your understanding.
