Return Policy :

Shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving merchandise.No returns or exchanges will be honored without prior authorization. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 72 hours of receiving merchandise.Customer is responcible for all shipping and handling charges and must be properly packed.All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.All bicycle sales are final.Please see "shipping bicycles" in our navigation section on left hand side of home page.We pay for the insurance for all bikes and parts shipped.Your bicycle is fully insured with RCB and we work with our customers to resolve and problems during shipping.We care about our bicycles and customers after the bike has left our shop.
