Registry LLC trading as Retro Cruiser Bicycles .com is in no way responsible or liable for injury or death in relation to the use or installation of our parts or bicycles . We insist that all part installations and bicycle assembly be preformed by qualified mechanics only.
RETURNS
Return Policy :
Shortages or damages must be reported within 24
hours of receiving merchandise. No returns or exchanges will be honored
without prior authorization. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after
72 hours of receiving merchandise. Customer is responsible for all
return shipping and handling charges and must be properly packed. All returned
items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned parts must be in new condition and never installed so we can still sell them as new. We work with our customers to resolve any potential problems. All bicycle sales are
final. We cannot take the chance of a bike being returned and not properly packed, thanks for your understanding. We never had a customer want to return a bike after hundreds of sales. We care about our
bicycles and customers after the bike has left our shop.We have never had a dissatisfied customer when they have received a bike they ordered. Please read our unsolicited testimonials. We also have a 100% feedback score on Ebay.
